Cancellation of reservation without 30 days notice prior to arrival will result in a loss of deposit. Cancellation within 30 days notice will result in refund of deposit less a $20 administration fee.
A cleaning charge of $50 (rustic) and $75 (regular cottages) will be charged to all cottage rentals. Trash has to be removed from premises, floors swept, and personal property removed.
All visitors will be charged $5/day ($10/day on holiday weekends) and must be registered at front office. No overnight guests. No pets allowed at any time. There is a maximum number of people allowed per cottage; no exceptions!
Check-in: anytime after 2PM (please call for operating hours; they are subject to change throughout the season).
Check-out: before 10 AM
Linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are not furnished. Cottages are furnished with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave.
