Campsite Rates & Policies
Seasonal Rates – (March 15th – Labor Day)
Primitive – $25/night or $125/week (6 nights)
Water & Electric – $30/night or $150/week (6 nights)
Full Hook-ups – $39/night or $210/week (6 nights)
Off Season Rates – (Labor Day – October 31st)
Primitive – $20/night
Water & Electric – $25/night
Full Hook-ups – $35/night
Holiday Rates (two night minimum)
Primitive – $30/night
Water & Electric – $35/night
Full Hook-ups – $40/night
Rates are based on two person occupancy. Children under six are free, $2 per child 7-17 years old, $5 per adult (18+). Senior citizen and military discounts are available with proof of ID.
One tent/unit with one vehicle per site, unless approved by Management. Day passes issued to all guests are $6 per person. No overnight visitors. Pets welcomes at campsites, leash law in effect.

Cottages Rates & Policies
Nightly – $100-$145 per night (Two night minimum)
Weekly – $450-$595 (Six nights)
Cleaning deposit – $50
A cleaning charge of $50 is due upon arrival and paid in cash. It will be refunded by mail only if cottage is left clean. Trash has to be removed from premises, floors swept, and personal property removed. Please make sure your return address is correct on check-in card and readable.
All visitors will be charged $6 per day and must be registered at front office. No overnight guest. No pets allowed at any time. There is a maximum number of people allowed per cottage; no exceptions!
Check-in: 1 PM (please call for operating hours; they are subject to change throughout the season).
Check-out: 10 AM.
Linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are not furnished. Cottages are furnished with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave.

Ed Allen’s Campground and Cottage Policies
Cancellation without a two week notice will result in loss of deposit for all campsite and cottage rentals.
No check-in arrivals after 11 PM. If you arrive after closing, please pick out a site and register when office opens. Use the map posted to pick which site is desired. Bathrooms and showers are located behind the office building.
This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money or valuables.
