Cancellation of reservation without a two week notice prior to arrival will result in a loss of deposit.
A cleaning charge of $50 is due upon arrival and paid in cash. It will be refunded by mail only if cottage is left clean. Trash has to be removed from premises, floors swept, and personal property removed. Please make sure your return address is correct on check-in card and readable.
All visitors will be charged $6 a day and must be registered at front office. No overnight guest. No pets allowed at any time. There is a maximum number of people allowed per cottage; no exceptions!
Check-in: anytime after 1 PM (please call for operating hours; they are subject to change throughout the season).
Check-out: before 10 AM
Linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are not furnished. Cottages are furnished with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave.
